Jeepers Creepers® are durable perennial plants.
Their low spreading habit makes them ideal for use as a groundcover, lawn substitute, pathway or edging plant. If you select varieties rated hardy to your region, then they should come back each year.

Description
Variegated Periwinkle VINCA minor Illumination

Also known as Myrtle. Periwinkle is probably the most popular evergreen groundcover, forming a dense mat. This exciting selection has bright golden-yellow leaves edged in green, studded with blue flowers in spring. Tolerates dry shade once plants are established. Stems root into the ground readily. Mowing the patch low after blooming every couple of years will help to keep it thick and weed resistant. Plant 4 to 10 plants per square yard
